Notre Dame loses one of their 2024 commitments

The Irish were off to a fast and impressive start, seven commitments until today.

 Their first verbal pledge was Michigan defensive end, Brandon Davis-Swain, will never make it to South Bend.

The 2024 pass rusher had been flirting with other schools,

 recently a trip to Ohio State in early November and him tweeting out an offer from Wisconsin,

who recently just hired former Cincinnati head coach Luke Fickell.

The timing is a bit odd, especially after he recently tagged Irish commit CJ Carr in a tweet.
