NFL Week 6 best bets, ATS picks

NFL Week 6 action brings a number of key Sunday showdowns, none of which are bigger than the Bills-Chiefs matchup.

Still, with plenty of other intriguing matchups ahead, we’ve taken a little at the entire schedule to narrow down

our top two best bets and against the spread (ATS) picks.

Baltimore escaped its Week 5 Sunday night matchup against Cincinnati with a 19-17 victory on the strength of Justin Tucker’s

right leg. The Ravens have alternated wins and losses through the first five weeks of the season, leaving them alone atop the AFC North with a 3-2 record.

Now, most expect them to gain some momentum against an overachieving Giants team.

That said, Baltimore could struggle to cover this significant number on the road.

While certainly not flashy, the Giants are a tough out, and the Ravens could let down here,

especially having two AFC North wins in-hand and a divisional home game with the Browns on-deck.

Unfortunately for them, such momentum hasn’t translated the following week. In fact,

they have covered just two of their last eight games after topping 150 yards on the ground last time out.

Through five weeks of games, 59% of all games have stayed under the total.

We expect another under play to cash when Carolina and Los Angeles meet,

as this head-to-head series has produced five such results over the last seven meetings. In fact,

each of the last three meetings between the Panthers and Rams have stayed under the number, averaging just 31 total points per game.
