F1 2022 Italian Grand Prix - FP2 results

For the second session in a row a Ferrari was fastest on the Temple of Speed in Monza.

Carlos Sainz set the fastest lap time of FP2, one and a half tenth faster than the time of Max Verstappen.

The Championship leader was faster than Charles Leclerc, the current number two in the Drivers Championship.

 On saturday there will be one more free practice before going into qualifying.

Max Verstappen took his tenth win of 2022 at Zandvoort,

Mercedes occupied P3 and P4, George Russell ahead of Lewis Hamilton,

while it was P5 for Red Bull’s Max Verstappen, who was unable to deliver a clean push lap on the soft tyres.
