Football players and teams need time off. Including the Buffalo Bills.

The bye week is so… boring. But most know the reality of the situation.

But in the long run, that could be very good for certain players on the roster. Who exactly right now?

Here are seven players on the Bills who will benefit the most from the bye week:

The Bills offensive line was just looking like it was starting to gel the past two games. Hopefully that continues,

and does so with Brown. The right tackle suffered an ankle injury in Week 6 and the bye will give him time to heal up.

Knox has had a lot to worry about off the field, understandably so. But on it, he hasn’t featured much.

that have lingered have been slowing him down. The bye can help get his health on track.

No injury concerns for Miller–but let’s face it, he’s been on a pitch count. Against big-time opponents like the Chiefs,

Miller played a ton of snaps. Other games, he’ll be in more of a rotation.

The bye week will give the 33-year-old the ultimate time to stay fresh: Not playing at all.
